Nickel sulphides discovered in boulders in 1970's
Explored by Boliden, Nordic Resources and Wiking Minerals
12 holes for 2,400m intersected nickel (average 0.4% Ni) with Copper (average 0.4% Cu) mineralization
Metamorphosed ultramafic sill-like intrusion into graphitic, sulphide-rich Karelian metasediment
Mineralisation is interpreted to be cumulative-style hosted in ultramafic peridotite and serpentinite
Many large global Ni deposits have a similar ultramafic component
Sulphidic sediments common with many higher-grade Ni deposits
Exploration to focus on extensions to known mineralisation and along-trend prioritised geophysical targets which have potential for high-grade Ni-Cu
